Service Description

Embodiment Coaching is all about stepping a little away from the incessant thoughts of the mind and allowing your body and emotions and have a seat at the table of your consciousness. Your body and emotions are the purest messageners you have of where things are progressing to your benefit or to your deteriment in your life. Our western industrial culture tends to elevate the mind and logic/reason above all else. Then treat the body as a machine and emotions as annoyances with no innate intelligence of any their own. This imbalance is deterimental not only personally but collectively as well.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please provide at least 24 notice. Late cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 at the provider's discretion. No shows or missed appointments will be charged the full amount.
