Wellness Consultation

Service Description

Wellness Consults are 30 to 60 minutes. We will explore your personal goals for wellbeing in multiple areas including physical, mental and emotional in a non-judgemental and conversational way. (My health is not perfect and holistic wellness is a journey for everyone no matter their body size or shape.) Then explore any easy, low to no cost strategies or tools that are appropriate for your circumstances as well as things that could be evaluated by licensed practitioners.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please provide at least 24 notice. Late cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 at the provider's discretion. No shows or missed appointments will be charged the full amount.
